David G. Brisendine, III, was born in Griffin, Georgia in 1968. He has been a life long resident of Pike County, Georgia. His academic resume is as follows: Flint River Academy Class of 1986; Clayton State College, 1991, Bachelor of Business Administration; John Marshall Law School, 1995 Doctor of Jurisprudence.

        David joined the Hendrix Law Firm on October 1, 1998. He and James L. Hendrix, Jr. practiced law together as Hendrix &  Brisendine until Mr. Hendrix retirement on October 1, 1999. Since that time Mr. Brisendine has been the sole practitioner of David G. Brisendine, III, P.C.
